About Galen Bingham

Known as The Leadership Strategist, Galen is a leadership speaker and facilitator who focuses on authentic communication. Galen is a Certified Executive Coach as credentialed by the World Coach Institute, International Coach Federation, and the Goleman Emotional Intelligence organization.
Galen has over 30 years’ experience of leading in industry-leading corporations like Kraft Foods, Imperial Sugar and The Coca-Cola Company. He has 6 years’ experience as a brick-and-mortar franchise owner of Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Galen is consistently sought to advise or serve on premiere non-profit boards where he provides oversight in governance, board development, CEO selection and organizational leadership.
Galen is a bestselling leadership author and has coached or consulted with over 875 senior executives, CEOs, and non-profit leaders across 7 countries.
As founder of Kiln Global Coaching and Consulting, Galen is a member of the Bravanti Coaching Cadre, cohost of IMA Think and Grow Rich Show and host of the Whiskey, Jazz & Leadership podcast (which is available on all podcast platforms, streamed in all 50 states and 17 countries).
