Philip C. Boyd is an Assistant Superintendent of Human Resource Services in the Ferguson-Florissant School District. He came to education after a 10-year career in law where he practiced commercial litigation, labor and employment law, as well as serving in the Saint Louis County Counselor's office as a prosecutor. Phillip has also served in Assistant Superintendent roles in the Jennings and Normandy School Districts. Additionally, he is one of the original board members for Saint Louis County's Children’s Service Fund and worked to increase the connection between mental health service agencies and school districts. Tonight, we’re discussing those leadership lessons over a glass of Bookers straight Kentucky Bourbon while listening to Love Supreme.
