"Leaders don't have to have all the answers" As the leader of Gamma Xi Phi, Rashid is responsible for the strategic growth of this unique community of men and women in the arts. Over the years, Rashid has served as National Executive Director and National President. He would like to use Gamma Xi Phi as a vehicle for more artists doing more service in more communities--especially underserved communities of people of color.  Rashid speaks about the importance of belonging for people of color, particularly in Greek Life.
